o-o okay i started coloring. D: and i'm attempting a different coloring style than i noramlly would. AND LOOK. No lines. >_____> yikes.
Well I'm not too sure how to coloring like I want to. D: Any suggestions on how to make the coloring softer ( now I'm just using a light opacity, i think it would look better if i had..like the watercolor or airbrush tool from oekaki right now XD)
and crits? i duno its hardly done tho XD;

Uhm, shading/highlighting is not close to being done. D: rarrr

looking good so far. ^_^

No lines = kewl.
and it seems to suit ur style.
tho I'd do the shading a tiiiiiiiiiny bit darker.
Juz to show the lines/shapes/etc a lil better.
^-^ still really nice tho.

I'm not sure I get what you mean, but you could like, blur the shading or something? D: I dunno...

For me, I get the shading softer by having the brush opacity at 40% and the flow at 50%.

D: I hope that helps.

I origionally learned it with the smudge brush, but I found that Yumedust's tutorial [link] really helped me.

I hope this helps? And its looking excellent so far.... I love the shine of the eyes and the shading

Use a lighter opactity [like, 7 or something] and just keep going over and over and over until you want to puke. And then you can make it blend out like a gradient. That's if you're using PS; if you're using Painter, I advise using the blenders and acrylics and just choosing colours that are similar in shade. And a low opacity.
